When will my order be sent?
We'll usually ship your order within 3 working days from your order. Delivery to your address is usually 24-48h from shipping.
Due to the nature of shipping live animals, the day we ship your fish will be determined by your location.
We won't ship your order if we believe delivery won't happen before the weekend (to avoid fish sitting in delivery depots). So, if you live in a regional area, we will most likely only send your order towards the start of the week.
So, the earlier you place your order in the week the more likely it will be sent the same week.
